Hello everyone!
This piece is inspired by one of the Velasques portraits, "Infanta Margarita De Austria".
I wanted to make something spooky, yet different than my previous works.I tried to capture the feeling of the intimate and calm atmosphere of great masters paintings and to combine it with "semi creature" design.Also, Velasques's way of rendering materials and fabrics is pretty fascinating and i think it can be applied very good in illustration or concept art, so it was a very good practise after all.
